Survey Report Data Requirements 2020

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is one of the surveys conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The survey was conducted to measure the level of satisfaction of data users who come to the data service unit and statistical information on statistical data and services. In addition, this survey was conducted to determine the type of data required by data users. The availability of the types of data required by users is deemed necessary to be reviewed in order to create quality statistical data and information and to achieve the mission of BPS as a pioneer in reliable statistical data for all. BPS as a public institution serving statistical data and information always wants to provide excellent service to data users. In order to measure the level of data user satisfaction, the Subdirectorate of Statistical Reference, Directorate of Statistical Dissemination, as a technical implementer at BPS together with the provincial BPS and district / city BPS conducted the 2020 Data Needs Survey (SKD2020) simultaneously using the service performance approach, data types, and data quality.
