Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is one of the surveys conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The survey was conducted to measure the level of satisfaction of data users who come to the data and statistical information services unit with data and statistical services. Apart from that, this survey was conducted to find out the type of data that data users need. The availability of the types of data required by users is deemed necessary to be studied in order to create quality statistical data and information and achieve BPS's mission as a pioneer of trusted statistical data for all. BPS as a public institution that provides data and statistical information always wants to provide excellent service to data users. In order to measure the level of satisfaction of data users, the Subdirectorate of Statistical Reference, Directorate of Statistical Dissemination, as technical implementer at BPS together with provincial BPS and district/city BPS carried out the 2023 Data Needs Survey (SKD2023) simultaneously using the service performance approach, data type, and data quality
