Abstract

The number of the workforce in Jember Regency in August 2024 was 1.53 million people, an increase of 41.77 thousand people compared to August 2023. In line with the increase in the number of the workforce, the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) also increased by 1.46 percentage points.

The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in August 2024 was 3.23 percent, down 0.078 percentage points compared to August 2023.

The working population in August 2023 was 1.48 million people, an increase of 52.07 thousand people from August 2023.
