It was still dark the morning air enveloping the city of Jember Regency ofJember BPS when citizens get started follow Motivation Training on September 29, 2015. Up to 05:00 am EST all employees BPS Kabupaten Jember has been gathered and prepared to depart for the location. As many as 39 employee sand 4 people power partners joined forces to immediately set off in one groups of bus to Hotel "Kalibaru Cottage" in the mountainous Gumitir district to the East of Jember.

After the indoor training, the event continued with a variety of individual and group games, but this time it was done outdoors (outdoor). Various kinds of games can dilute the atmosphere so that intercultural personnel be without the distance and degrees. The atmosphere of competition both between individuals as well as groups able to embody the unity and cohesiveness of the team.Everyone is trying to get close to focus for specific targets. Each type of game and the process undertaken with full of joy and laughter there is no particular distance between superiors and subordinates.
After a lunch break this activity ended at 4 p.m. Tired of course, but all employees home with facial elation. From 16:30 troupe returned to the original place of the Chair in the Office of Jember Regency BPS on the Jalan Cendrawasih 20-Jember to then return to regular activity the next day.
