Welfare Statistics of Jember Regency 2016

The publication of "People's Welfare Statistic of Jember Regency 2016" was published as a contribution of Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Jember Regency to development in Jember Regency. Data on socio-economic conditions is needed to provide an overview of the achievements of development and can be used by policy makers in an effort to evaluate the development programs that have been implemented. For that the availability of data, especially related to the needs of community life such as clothing, food, boards, education, health, security and employment is needed, to know the level of achievement of development outreach to the community. The National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas) is designed to generate socioeconomic data of the population covering sectors: population, health, education, home economics, housing, and access to social protection programs. Susenas is conducted every year and in 2016 implemented in March in all districts / cities in 34 Provinces in Indonesia, is no exception in Jember District. Susenas yield can only be presented until district level. Publication of Jember District People's Welfare Statistic 2016, is the result of data collection Susenas 2016. This publication is presented in the form of percentage of the population. Some of the data are differentiated by sex to meet the needs of gender gap analysis as well as according to household economic strata condition to see the development equity aspect.
