Abstract

The development of prices for various commodities in August 2024 generally
shows an increase. Based on Jember Regency BPS monitoring results, in August  2024
there will be y-on-y inflation of 1.83 percent, or an increase in the Consumer
Price Index (CPI) from 104.39 in August 2023 to 106.30 in August 2024. The
deflation rate m-to-m in August 2024 is 0.08 percent and the y-to-d inflation
rate is 0.99 percent.
