Abstract

In April 2019 Jember Regency experienced inflation of 0.45 percent, which is indicated by the increase in the consumer price index (CPI) from March 2019 by 130.53 percent to 131.12 percent in April 2019.
Of the eight CPI cities in East Java, all cities experienced inflation. The lowest inflation occurred in Banyuwangi Regency by 0.15 percent, while the highest inflation occurred in Jember Regency by 0.45 percent. This month, East Java experienced inflation of 0.41 percent and the National inflation was 0.44 percent.
