National Labor Force Survey Officer Training (SAKERNAS) August 2026

The August 2026 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) training will begin on August 11, 2026. The August 2026 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is a routine survey conducted by the Jember Regency Statistics Agency (BPS) to obtain a comprehensive overview of employment conditions in Jember Regency. This survey is one of the primary data sources used by the government in formulating, monitoring, and evaluating various employment policies, while also providing information needed by academics, businesses, and various other stakeholders. Sakernas is conducted quarterly in February, May, August, and November. Of the four periods, the August Sakernas has the largest sample coverage, allowing it to produce estimates of employment indicators in Jember Regency, while the other periods produce estimates down to the national and provincial levels.

To obtain quality data, the August 2026 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) Officer Training will be conducted to equip each officer with conceptual understanding, technical skills, and ethical principles in data collection.
